Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Non-returnable items include:
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Timeframes
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. Customers are asked to contact us first to determine who will bear the shipping cost.
- We can provide return shipping labels if needed.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Any applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
